Requirements

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) —  Preferred
• Acute care facility experience —  Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice —  Required
• CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQIBLS) certification from an approved vendor per AH policy —  Required
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS —  Required
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS —  Required
• S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification —  Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS —  Required
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification —  Required
