Who We Are BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise bringing dynamic, results-driven Pilates to studios across Arizona and the US. Our signature BODYBAR method is built on strength, form, and one non-negotiable ingredient: CHEER . From the studio floor to the front desk, our team leads with positivity, passion, and purpose and we're raising the bar for how Pilates is taught and experienced nationwide. Two Paths. One Destination. Already a certified instructor? Bring your skills to a brand that will challenge and elevate them. New to teaching? If you have a love for fitness, a natural ability to motivate others, and the drive to learn, BODYBAR will train you from the ground up through our comprehensive Instructor Training Program. What You'll Do
- Bring the energy: Be a true BODYBAR ambassador in every class, living the mission and setting the tone from the moment members walk in.
- Lead with intention: Deliver form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method, meeting members at every fitness level with challenge and support.
- Coach with confidence: Offer expert cues that keep members safe, aligned, and proud of every rep.
- Build real community: Connect with members before, during, and after class to create an atmosphere people genuinely look forward to returning to.
- Communicate clearly: Be a go-to resource for members on modifications, studio policies, and promotions.
- Own your schedule: Manage your class commitments and arrange subs promptly to protect the member experience.
- Genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping people feel strong
- High energy and natural ability to motivate a room
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic understanding of anatomy and body movement
- Commitment to completing BODYBAR's Instructor Training Program
- CPR & AED Certification (required prior to teaching)
- Instructor liability insurance (required details provided upon hire)
- Prior Pilates, Barre, Lagree, group fitness, or personal training experience
- Background in coaching, teaching, dance, or athletics
