Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.A Facilities Manager is the host in the office for customers and guests - the dedicated, trusted advisor who can help with accessing site amenities, placing a work request, assistance with conference rooms and a variety of other items that enhance the experience.The Facilities Manager anticipates needs, paying close attention to the questions and asks that customers most often present so that they support their requests and needs.The Facilities Manager helps the workplace run seamlessly so customers and guests are happy, feel welcome, and have an enhanced experience, which allows customers to focus their time on their work instead of on administrative issues. This individual ensures that a seamless consistent level of service is provided at every user touchpoint.Responsibilities/Tasks:Liaise and work collaboratively with customer contactsRecruit, train, coach and hold your teams accountableSupervise daily processes to completionEnsure reception, hospitality and mail services are delivered within SLA's and compliant with applicable laws, rules, and regulationsProvide back-up coverage for all services when necessaryManage team member time, travel and overtime costsHandle all inquiries and issues tactfully and confidentlyRespond to requests (verbal and email) in a timely mannerDevelop processes and procedures across the accountOwn projects end to end from tasks, management of resources to on time completionConduct audits to ensure quality expectations are metMonitor facility related work ordersOther duties as assignedQualificationsExperience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent3-5 years prior experience in hospitality, tourism, events operations property management, or related profession2 years prior experience leading a teamSkills:Confident, friendly & engagingCustomer focused mentality with a passion for hospitalityExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate professionally at all levelsMeticulous with strong organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal skills and highly collaborativeProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMs and Outlook)This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
