Transparent Pay and Benefits
- $105,000–$165,000 per year, paid bi-weekly
- Health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Structure finance and lease transactions and secure approvals with lending partners
- Present protection products with a transparent, compliant process
- Monitor finance performance and prepare reporting for leadership
- Manage risk and ensure every deal meets state and federal regulations
- Partner with and coach sales consultants to improve customer satisfaction and profitability
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager
- Excellent knowledge of finance principles, lender programs, and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- A collaborative leadership team that values development, recognition, and culture
- Advancement into senior finance and store leadership across Graff Ford, Toyota, Kia, and Chevrolet of Chesterton, plus Graff Chevrolet GMC of Michigan City
