Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Valet Manager, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient and professional valet services. In this energetic position, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth parking and retrieval of vehicles, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Your leadership will help create a welcoming environment that emphasizes safety, hospitality, and efficiency, making every guest's visit memorable and hassle-free.

Responsibilities

• Support the Valet Manager in coordinating daily valet operations, including vehicle parking, retrieval, and storage.
• Supervise valet staff to ensure timely and courteous service to all guests.
• Assist in training team members on proper vehicle handling, customer interaction, and safety procedures.
• Manage cash transactions accurately, including processing tips and payments while maintaining proper cash handling protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during outdoor work, heavy lifting, and vehicle movement.
• Communicate effectively with guests to provide excellent guest services and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain organization of parking areas, ensuring clear signage and efficient flow of vehicles at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or dealership valet services preferred.
• Familiarity with standard passenger car operation, manual transmissions, and automotive service is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with cash handling, retail math, and processing transactions accurately.
• Outdoor work experience involving heavy lifting and physical activity is desirable.
• Delivery driver or retail cashier experience can be beneficial for understanding logistics and customer interactions.
