RN Unit ManagerSarah Neuman Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 301-bed skilled nursing facility located in Mamaroneck New York.The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing care within an assigned unit of a skilled nursing facility or long-term care center. This position ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, care coordination, and effective communication among residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.WHY WORK FOR US? Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents as necessary.Ability to respond quickly to emergencies.Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
