$22-$26/Hour (Dependent on experience)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and eager Operations Coordinator (Entry-Level) for our corporate head quarters in Des Plaines, IL. This is a primarily office-based operations support role focused on backend reporting, data management, and administrative coordination within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate, audit, and cross-check operational and production data to ensure reporting accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for operations leadership
• Enter and manage manufacturing and inventory data within internal systems
• Assist with scheduling, tracking, and administrative coordination related to manufacturing operations
• Organize digital records, production logs, and compliance documentation
• Analyze operational trends and escalate data inconsistencies when needed
• Provide general office and administrative support to the operations team

Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Internship or previous office experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
