Registered Nurse - Pediatric Critical Care

Role Overview: Provides leadership, coordination, and supervision of nursing staff in a clinical setting to ensure high-quality patient care and achievement of clinical objectives. Key Responsibilities Assigns, directs, educates, monitors staff, and contributes to performance evaluations. Assesses patient care needs, develops care assignments, and ensures appropriate patient care delivery. Collaborates with advanced practice providers to optimize outcomes. Evaluates care effectiveness, identifies issues, and responds to care-related complaints. Participates in hiring, training, and staff development. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing. Minimum one year of registered nurse experience. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical assessment skills. Physical & Certification Requirements Constant use of speech, standing, walking, and frequent lifting/carrying objects up to 25 lbs. Ability to perform patient lifting/moving, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements. Valid professional licenses and certifications as per state requirements (e.g., BLS, PALS, NRP, ALS, ENPC, TNCC).
