Lead a team of managers, and work with corporate resource teams to drive improvements in the areas of safety, quality, and maintenance.Change agent needed. We are seeking a high caliber, hands-on individual that is capable of motivating a team and building a culture of operational excellence.Location: Eastern Missouri; in an area known for its unique position along the Mississippi River, many outdoor activities, quality schools and low cost of living.To be successful in this critical role: You must be a driven manufacturing leader with the ability to engage the staff and drive significant improvements in a timely manner.Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to lead a dynamic operationExperience with plastic manufacturing processes and technologiesTraining in Lean, 5S, 6Sigma, etc. is also helpful.Systems/Process minded individual that is capable of implementing best practices throughout a facility and a strong understanding of plant financials.
