Senior Legal Coordinator - Paralegal Equivalent Role

Summary:

The LITTLE TREES Legal Department is a small, dynamic team responsible for protecting the trademarks, copyrights, and patents associated with our air fresheners around the world. This position will be based


Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for complex matters.
• Investigate & research new matters.
• Recommend strategies to address infringements.
• Draft summaries for attorneys.
• Review drafts of legal briefs.
• Provide in-country attorneys with the information they require.
• Evaluate and manage the in-country attorneys to ensure good outcomes.
• Maintain legal files.
• Execute responsibilities independently in accordance with SOPs and recommend modifications as appropriate.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience.
• Travel to the corporate office in Watertown, NY for the first month of orientation, followed by routine travel to the corporate office for one week every other month.

Salary: $65,000 - $72,000
