Scheduled assignments require travel within the East Coast region 80% of the time. Travel: Up to 80% travel, 3-4 days overnight Must Haves: Previous experience with FANUC robot troubleshooting and maintenance Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic prints and related technical documentation Experience with preventative maintenance on robots or heavy machinery Able to work at customer sites with little direct supervision Comfortable with heavy travel, overtime work, and 2nd and 3rd shift when needed on assignments Plusses: Ability to read and interpret PLC ladder logic a plus Associate’s Degree in an Applied Science or equivalent technical education preferred Responsibilities: A leading supplier of automation for manufacturing is looking for an eager Associate Service Engineer to do preventative maintenance on robots at customer sites.
