This role provides financial insight, drives disciplined investment choices, and strengthens business performance through data-driven insights and scalable tools.This position combines strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) expertise with modern data and AI-driven approaches to improve forecasting accuracy, automate processes, and enhance visibility into business performance. The role serves as a key contributor in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Key Responsibilities1. Financial PlanningConsolidation of forecasts and budgets, comparison review and long-range planning activities for Semiconductor Test programs and product linesDevelop and maintain financial models supporting revenue, margin, and investment choicesPerform variance evaluation to identify business drivers, risks, and opportunitiesSupport monthly and quarterly close processes, including reporting and investigationPrepare executive-ready materials for quarterly business reviews and executive presentations2. Data Modeling & AI EnablementLeverage AI and advanced tools to enhance forecasting, anomaly detection, and supportDevelop scalable data models and dashboards to improve visibility into key performance indicatorsIdentify opportunities to automate recurring financial processes and reporting workflows3. Process Optimization & ReportingStreamline financial processes and improve data accuracy through automation and system enhancementsBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or similar platforms)Collaborate with Corporate FP&A and Accounting to ensure consistency in reporting and planning processesAll About You:We are seeking individuals who demonstrate a strong passion for excellence and a commitment to achieving outstanding results. If you are ready to contribute to this mission, please review the minimum qualifications for the position:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)5–10 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles within technology, semiconductor, or manufacturing industriesStrong financial modeling and forecasting skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, or similar systems)AI & Data SkillsExperience using AI or machine learning tools to enhance financial analysis, forecasting, or process automationAbility to work with large datasets and apply statistical or predictive techniquesFamiliarity with data tools or languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plusProfessional SkillsAbility to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior stakeholdersStrong collaboration and problem-solving capabilities in cross-functional environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic settingImpact & GrowthThis role offers the opportunity to influence key business outcomes, shape financial strategy and capabilities within Semiconductor Test. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set.
