Strategic Healthcare Contracts Senior Paralegal

Cardinal Health seeks a Sr. Paralegal to support the Commercial matters within the Pharmaceutical Segment. You will redline and prepare agreements, instruments and pleadings, and advise on contract terms under attorney supervision. You will draft and negotiate Confidentiality and Product Purchase Agreements, coordinate approvals, and maintain contract playbooks and AI-enabled storage. 4–6 years contract administration experience is preferred; Dublin, OH office preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr HITEC
