Global IT Procurement Manager – SaaS, Cloud & AI London | Hybrid Working Technology procurement is evolving rapidly. As organisations increase investment in SaaS, Cloud and AI‑enabled technologies, the need for strong commercial governance has never been greater. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Procurement professional to join a global procurement team, leading complex technology negotiations and helping shape the commercial approach to emerging AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead negotiations across SaaS, software, cloud and AI‑enabled technology agreements Negotiate pricing, subscription models, renewals, consumption‑based agreements and commercial terms Drive cost optimisation, commercial value and risk mitigation across strategic technology spend Assess and negotiate AI‑related contractual positions including data usage rights, ownership of outputs, liability and governance provisions Challenge suppliers on AI‑related risks, transparency commitments and commercial terms Lead negotiations covering liability, service levels, data protection and security provisions Partner with Technology, Legal, Finance and Procurement stakeholders to deliver successful commercial outcomes Required Experience: Experience within IT Procurement, Technology Sourcing or Commercial Contract Negotiation Proven success negotiating SaaS, software and cloud agreements Strong understanding of software licensing and cloud consumption‑based pricing models Experience negotiating commercial terms, contractual risk and supplier agreements Experience working with major technology suppliers such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe or similar #J-18808-Ljbffr
