Position Title: Leasing Agent (Bilingual Required) Location: Athens, GA Compensation: $18–$20 per hour + Commissions Employment Type: Full-Time (Weekend availability may be required) About Us: We are a well‑maintained and professionally managed residential community in Athens, GA. We are seeking a bilingual Leasing Agent to join our team and support our diverse resident community. Position Overview: The Leasing Agent plays a key role in daily leasing operations, resident relations, and occupancy success. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English + Spanish preferred), customer‑service oriented, and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of residents and prospects. Key Responsibilities: Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and present community features Respond promptly to calls, emails, and walk‑ins Assist applicants with rental applications, documentation, and lease execution Maintain accurate records, reports, and data in property management systems Support marketing efforts, including social media and community outreach Provide high‑quality customer service and assist with resident concerns Perform administrative duties in support of the property management team Qualifications: Bilingual (English + Spanish) required Leasing, property management, or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable with computers and property management software Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic Compensation & Benefits: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience Commission opportunities Training and professional development Opportunity for advancement How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief introduction to be considered for this position.
