Enter, Arch.Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of 'portals'. Our purpose is to save investors' time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 200+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America's largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We've over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design, build, and maintain core components of our platform. This is a critical role — your contributions will directly impact the user experience and help our team scale to meet growing demand for our product. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build solutions that make a difference in our clients' investment processes.Your responsibilities will include:Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems that streamline the private investment experience.Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver user-facing features end to end.Drive architectural decisions and lead key engineering projects from ideation to launch.Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.Mentor teammates and help shape engineering culture as the team continues to grow.Reach out to us if you have:5+ years of experience building web-based software products.Strong computer science fundamentals and experience designing scalable systems.Full-stack development experience, or deep expertise in either frontend or backend.A track record of driving projects independently in a fast-moving environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.Bonus points if you have:Experience in the fintech space or working on investment platforms.Prior experience at a fast-growing startup or on a founding engineering team.Exposure to building internal tools or infrastructure to improve engineering efficiency.Most of our full-time roles are based onsite at our New York City office, where our team thrives on in-person collaboration and dynamic teamwork.
