What to Expect as a Credit Analyst: Financial Analysis, Credit Evaluation & Decision Support: Analyze personal and business financials for potential and existing loan customers. Create comprehensive loan approval packages and identify any policy exceptions. Present recommendations to senior management and credit committees. Portfolio Monitoring, Reporting & Data Management: Perform required monitoring of existing loan portfolio performance. Assist in the due diligence process for audits and exams. Maintain various loan related databases. Utilize Power BI to create loan reports. Champion Our Mission, Protect What Matters: Embodies commitment to economic, environmental, and racial justice. Applies curiosity and interest in sustainability practices and ongoing education. Demonstrates understanding of bank policies, procedures, and regulations. Questions suspicious activity and collaborates closely with the Compliance department. What You’ll Leverage in this Role: Education and Experience – Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance; prior banking experience. Frequent communication in person, via email, text, phone or video chat. Regular PC usage, typing, sustained attention to monitor. Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
