Join a top-tier global pharma leader dedicated to advancing innovative biopharmaceuticals. We are seeking a self-motivated QC Equipment Technician to manage comprehensive equipment lifecycle activities, including IOPQ, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a cGMP laboratory environment.

responsibilities:

• Coordinate equipment lifecycle management (induction, qualification/validation, maintenance, and decommissioning) to minimize laboratory downtime.
• Execute change controls, deviations, and CAPAs while maintaining strict adherence to cGMP, GDP, and data integrity standards.
• Perform basic non-invasive repairs and troubleshooting on laboratory instrumentation, including UHPLC systems.
• Schedule calibration and preventative maintenance with Metrology, Facilities, and external vendors, serving as the primary QC point of contact.
• Author, revise, and maintain Equipment/Instrument SOPs and review vendor service reports and CMMS records.

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical or GxP manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in laboratory equipment IOPQ, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated understanding of GxP, cGMP, and data integrity requirements.
