Director Trainee

Our business director role is designed to provide a rich development opportunity for high-caliber candidates. One-to-one mentoring provides personal leadership development. High-focus rotations provide intensive exposure to critical business elements (talent, operations, marketing, quality, training, profitability, casting vision, shaping culture and executive level servant leadership.) Leader development events and experiences complete this experience. As a business director trainee, you will given the opportunity to develop the necessary skills and gain the competency needed to operate as a part of a high performance leadership team. Come prepared for an intensive development experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Exceptional candidates without this qualification will be considered. Trainee Program Overview Phase I: Operations Orientation (2-4 months) Store Operations Rotations Guest Service/Front of House Kitchen/Food Prep/Back of House Phase II: Team Leadership (4-12 months) Shift Team Leadership Special Project Teams Phase III: Department Management Learn and manage specific parts of the business, including: Social Media Catering AM/PM Kitchen Facilities Interviewing Food Cost Drive-Thru Hospitality Etc. Phase IV: Department Director Talent Director Training Director Operations Director Marketing Director Financial Return Director Kitchen Director Hospitality Director Drive-Thru Director Facilities Director Catering Director Etc.
