X-ray Technologist Position

Full-time X-ray technologist position in Rancho Mirage, CA. Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting. Support accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures following physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare and position patients correctly to obtain clear and accurate images
• Operate radiologic equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure radiation safety standards are strictly followed for patients and staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care plans
• Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive patient experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging equipment and exam rooms

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Current ARRT certification required
• Active California Radiologic Technologist license required
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in orthopedic or outpatient imaging
