StewardThe Steward is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining china, glassware, silverware, kitchen equipment, production areas, and employee dining facilities. This role supports culinary and banquet operations by ensuring all equipment and service items are available, organized, and maintained according to Four Seasons standards. This position is part of the Stewarding team, reporting to Stewarding Management.What You Will Do:Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils utilizing commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipmentOperate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining sanitation standardsClean, sweep, mop, scrub, polish, and maintain kitchen production areas, hallways, loading docks, and stewarding spacesMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the Employee Cafeteria, including tables, serving areas, and food service equipmentSupport cafeteria food service by setting up salad bars, hot food stations, and maintaining food presentationProperly label, date, store, and rotate food items according to food safety standardsMonitor inventory levels of supplies and support workstation setup and breakdown activitiesAssist with banquet setups and other stewarding-related operational needsSafely utilize and store cleaning compounds, chemicals, and sanitation materials using proper protective equipmentReport equipment malfunctions and maintenance concerns promptlyFollow all health, safety, sanitation, and emergency proceduresSupport kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth daily operationsWhat You Bring:High school diploma or equivalent experienceMinimum of 6 months of experience in a stewarding, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment preferredAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAbility to safely operate or learn commercial dishwashing and stewarding equipmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbsCommitment to maintaining high sanitation and safety standardsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary & wagesComprehensive benefits package, including complimentary health insurance benefits401(k) Retirement Plan with company matchExcellent training and development opportunitiesEmployee discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwideComplimentary dry cleaning for employee uniformsComplimentary employee mealsSchedule & Hours:Flexible schedule required with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysWork Authorization:Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
