Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Carson, California, United States Salary Range: $67,000 to $113,000 per year. Responsibilities Maintain material specifications, product drawings, routing sheets, and manufacturing procedures. Design and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling for headers, rollers, drillers, etc. Continuously improve tooling and manufacturing methods to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with production technicians to troubleshoot issues and enhance manufacturing processes. Provide technical guidance to manufacturing personnel and assist in resolving engineering issues. Investigate and determine the root cause of persistent problems. Contribute to the justification and setup of new production facilities. Support Quality System Improvement initiatives. Analyze and assist with capital equipment justifications. Serve as an integral part of the product review board. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Manufacturing Engineering. Experience Minimum three years of engineering experience. Preferred experience in fastener manufacturing. Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States. U.S. person status as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
