Grant’s Ride Clean, LLC was founded in 2015. We are a hand car wash that provides detailing and mobile services. We are looking for highly motivated, dependable, hard-working individuals to grow with us in being the leading hand car wash service within Hampton Roads. Some experience with detailing, we will train the right individual. If you want to join a team that is flexible, exciting and values your contributions, you have come to the right place.

Qualifications

· Have a valid driver's license and good driving record (Note: driving record will be checked.

· Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions.

· Able to lift materials weighing up to 50lbs, standing, squatting for prolong periods of times.

· Excellent attention to detail while working in fast-paced environment.

· Must be able to communicate effectively to customers and team.

· Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.

· Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

· Must maintain good hygiene and overall appearance.

Car Detailer Duties

· Cleaning vehicle exteriors and interiors in compliance with company standards.

· Properly operating equipment such as buffers, pressure washer, extractor vacuums, etc.

· Responding to client inquiries and fulfilling their requests.

· Provides excellent customer service.

· Able to operate manual and automatic vehicles to designated places.
