We are looking for experienced .NET Developers with strong Production Support expertise to support and enhance mission-critical enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have a balanced background in application development and L2/L3 production support, with strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in .NET application development and support
- C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Web API, MVC
- Microservices and REST API development
- Angular or React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- SQL Server and database optimization
- Kafka, MQ, or other messaging technologies
- Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
- AWS, Azure, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
- Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana
- Strong L2/L3 Production Support experience
- Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Performance Tuning, and Application Monitoring
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for production applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
- Conduct RCA and implement preventive solutions.
- Monitor application performance, availability, and stability.
- Support deployments, releases, and production rollouts.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Participate in on-call support rotations and incident management activities.
- Develop enhancements and bug fixes as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Prior experience in banking or financial services environments is preferred.
