Construction Manager

GLS Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure and civil construction projects from planning through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution.
- Utilize Primavera P6 , Procore , Bluebeam , and HeavyBid .
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and project documentation.
- Lead field personnel and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
Qualifications
- Experience managing infrastructure, civil, or site development projects.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 , Procore , Bluebeam , and estimating software.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Civil 3D and heavy civil construction preferred.
