Personal Banker – First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) Job Number: R-20261237 Personal Banker positions at FNBO support customers with everyday banking needs and help them achieve long‑term financial well‑being. Primary Responsibilities Make every customer feel welcome in the branch. Assist customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Assess individual financial needs and provide personalized product recommendations. Guide customers toward savings and retirement plans to enhance their financial health. Deepen relationships through outreach and follow‑up communication. Comply with all bank policies, regulations, and laws. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Retail banking experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay $22 per hour.
