STS Technical Services is actively seeking a top-notch Technical Trainer to performa variety of duties in the electronic mechanical electromechanical or optical areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Delivers training for Soldering of printed circuit boards, Cabling, Polymerics, Torquing, and Mating of Connectors.
- The successful candidate shall have performed various testing on products and typical testing methods involving monitoring, assembling, improving, and manipulating a product to ensure it is in no way defective.
- Candidate shall also be capable of creating training plans, working with learning management systems
- Works under moderate supervision.
- Soldering and Cabling skills Instructional Systems Design experience Experience in On-The-Job Training Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing environment
PREFERRED PROFICIENCIES:
- Instructional Systems Design certification Teaching in a Manufacturing environment IPC Certification NASA Certification
- 4 - 8 years of electronic manufacturing experience or bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic field with 2 - 4 years of experience
