What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality critical care to diverse ICU patients across multiple units, including neuro, surgical, medical, cardiac, CVICU, and SICU
• Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and other critical patient care procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care
• Exhibit proficiency with EPIC electronic health records and clinical protocols

What You Need

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or Compact license accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience in a fast-paced environment
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Experience with ventilator management, telemetry, and IV placement
• Strong clinical skills and adaptability to float between ICU units
