NOW HIRING – FULL-TIME LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER / DRIVER
Smart Choice Landscape is looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Landscape Crew Member / Driver to join our team in South Florida.
This is a full-time, hands-on position . The employee will drive a company landscape truck and trailer to job sites and work alongside the crew performing daily landscape maintenance.
Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Safely drive company landscape trucks and trailers to and from job sites.
- Confidently back up, park, hook, and unhook a landscape trailer.
- Work alongside the crew performing mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, planting, and other landscape services.
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload landscaping equipment and materials.
- Inspect trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment daily.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work efficiently as part of a landscape crew.
- Maintain a professional attitude while working at customer properties.
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver's license.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Previous professional landscaping experience required.
- Experience driving a truck with a landscape trailer required.
- Must be comfortable backing, parking, and maneuvering a truck and trailer.
- Experience using commercial landscaping equipment.
- Must be comfortable performing physical outdoor work in South Florida weather.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- English and/or Spanish communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and hands-on attitude.
Position Details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
Work Location: In person
