As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Plymouth, MN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service and communication while supporting access control and a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, patrols, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
