Physical Therapist - Full-time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full‑time role with one of our area clients. Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Washington State PT license required to start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing care in home health settings preferred. Experience supervising PTAs and coordinating with home health aides preferred. Familiarity with OASIS assessments, ICD‑10 coding, and documentation for home health required. Career growth and advancement potential. Responsibilities Provide treatments according to physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services. Work with home care personnel in patient care planning. Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, as assigned. Take initial patient history and perform initial evaluations. Consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment. Instruct patients and families in home programs and activities of daily living. Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities as assigned. Complete and submit OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges, and documentation for significant changes in condition. Appropriately utilize ICD‑10 codes in documentation. Location Highlights Greater Seattle area coverage (excluding West and South Seattle). Primary coverage includes North Seattle and Shoreline.
