We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React front-end development to support initiatives aimed at modernizing legacy systems and improving system efficiency. This role will work across both front-end and backend layers, with an emphasis on building responsive user interfaces and enhancing overall application performance.

Job Description :
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React front-end development to support initiatives aimed at modernizing legacy systems and improving system efficiency. This role will work across both front-end and backend layers, with an emphasis on building responsive user interfaces and enhancing overall application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using React for front-end user interfaces
- Design, build, and support backend services using .NET (C#)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance UI/UX and deliver new application features
- Integrate front-end components with backend services and SQL-based data layers
- Develop ad hoc tools, reports, and dashboards to support business operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across front-end and backend systems
- Participate in system modernization efforts, including migrating legacy workflows to modern web architectures
- Support on-call rotation for enterprise systems as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, OR
- Associate's degree with relevant experience
- Strong experience building front-end applications with React
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with .NET (C#) application development
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases, including query development and performance tuning
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing full stack applications (React + .NET APIs)
- Familiarity with modern UI/UX best practices and responsive design
- Experience supporting or modernizing legacy systems
- Exposure to enterprise environments with high-availability systems
- Experience with version control and Agile development methodologies
