Orthopedic Surgeon — Joint Replacement & Sports Medicine

Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing orthopedic program in Issaquah, Washington. We welcome surgeons with expertise in General Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Total Joint Replacement, or a combination of these practice areas. This position offers the opportunity to join a highly collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional musculoskeletal care within one of the Pacific Northwest's leading healthcare organizations. The successful candidate will build a busy clinical and surgical practice supported by an established referral network, advanced imaging, rehabilitation services, and a strong multidisciplinary team. Position Details: Full-time orthopedic surgery practice Practice focus may include General Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Total Joint Reconstruction, or a combination thereof Established referral base with strong primary care and specialty support Dedicated operating room access and advanced surgical facilities Collaborative team environment with experienced APP support Opportunity to participate in program development and growth initiatives Mix of clinic, surgical, and call responsibilities Compensation and Benefits: Compensation is between $779,440 and $984,387 per year Competitive compensation model with productivity incentives Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plans with employer contribution CME allowance and paid professional expenses Malpractice coverage provided The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
