Located in Quincy, Florida, our rehabilitation center focuses on providing tailored care to help patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, identifying their individual goals and functional limitations to create personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of patients, dedicating one hour per individual to ensure focused, high-quality care.
• Utilize advanced techniques in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation strategies to enhance patients' mobility and reduce pain.
• Implement cost-effective treatment approaches aimed at minimizing reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Develop and lead specialized wellness and fitness programs strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination tailored to each patient's needs.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously to track progress and adapt care plans as necessary.
• Partner with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate holistic care for patients.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to inspire confidence and commitment to therapy.
• Evaluate treatment results regularly to determine effectiveness and make evidence-based adjustments to care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our rehabilitation center primarily caters to orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgery, injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. We strive to provide individualized care that takes into account each patient's specific challenges and recovery goals, empowering them to regain independence and improve their daily functioning.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A strong professional record, with no history of board or disciplinary actions against the license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Prior exposure to implementing evidence-based physical therapy practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
