Wholesale Sales Assistant

This is an entry‑level role for someone who’s hungry to learn, not afraid of the details, and ready to grow. You’ll get your hands on everything — samples, accounts, orders, trade shows — and build a real foundation in how wholesale works. What you’ll be doing Keeping our sample sets organized, stocked, and show‑ready Supporting reps with day‑to‑day logistics Coordinating account setup and communication through NuOrder Managing orders and account requests Pitching in on trade show prep and possibly traveling to market Being the glue that keeps the wholesale team running smoothly What we’re looking for 1–2 years of experience Excel proficiency — genuinely, you’ll use it every day Problem solver and someone who can think outside the box Familiarity with NuOrder and ERP systems is a big plus Highly organized, great communicator, and someone who takes pride in doing things right A go‑getter attitude — no task is too small when you’re building toward something bigger Salary: $65,000 per year plus bonus Health insurance and retirement plans Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development Magnetic Me is an equal opportunity employer.
