Role Overview In this role, you will represent Berks Group Inc by connecting with customers and introducing them to our services. This is an active, field-based sales role where you'll spend much of your day standing, walking, and engaging with customers in person. You should be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and working in a customer‑facing environment. Typical hours in this role are Monday-Friday 1 PM - 8 PM, and Saturday 11 AM - 6 PM. Your Day-to-Day Activities Your responsibilities will include: Engage with potential customers through direct, in‑person interactions. Build rapport and create positive customer experiences. Present and explain the benefits of our services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Continue developing product knowledge and sales skills. What You Bring We're looking for individuals who are: Strong communicators who enjoy working with people. Comfortable working outdoors & on their feet and knocking on doors. Comfortable with face‑to‑face customer interactions. Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn. Resilient and able to handle challenges positively. Self-driven with the ability to work independently. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Comfortable working in an active, customer‑facing environment. Ability to remain engaged and energetic while interacting with customers. Compensation and Benefits Base salary plus commission compensation structure.
