Candidates must be available Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, and Fridays 8 am - 6 pm. Handle a wide range of member inquiries, including account statements, loans, payments, automatic transfers, interest rates, investment certificates, and more. Use your promptness, courtesy, and expertise to ensure our members' questions and problems are resolved accurately and efficiently. Your analytical thinking and attention to detail will help you accurately process loan applications and other financial transactions with ease.
