Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a Masters degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Bachelors degree with 4+ years of experience, in Computer Science, with training and hands-on work experience in Machine Learning, LLM/NLP, or a related field.
• We need deep expertise in LLMs and Transformers, including strong knowledge of attention mechanisms, positional encodings such as RoPE, and effective handling of multimodal data inputs.
• We expect proficiency in PyTorch at scale, with practical experience in distributed training frameworks such as FSDP and DeepSpeed, plus memory optimization techniques.
• We require experience training foundation models from scratch, including token and vocabulary design for complex, heterogeneous data sources such as tabular, temporal, and graph-based formats.
• We need strong software engineering skills and the ability to build robust, production-grade systems that operate reliably at scale.
• We require prior experience working with financial data and recommendation systems.
• Preferred: publication record in top AI/ML venues.
• Preferred: experience optimizing serving infrastructure.
• Preferred: experience with post-training LLMs, network optimization algorithms, and interpretability or steering techniques for LLMs.
• Preferred: experience working with large-scale compute infrastructure.
• Preferred: experience shipping a real-world product, project, or feature.

• We develop novel pre-training objectives tailored to financial event sequences and heterogeneous profile data.
• We implement research ideas in production-quality code.
