About who needs care: She has dimentia and afib. She likes antiques and gospel music. She needs to eat a light breakfast, take her medicatiions and have a good meal late afternoon. About the care needs: Older person with lot of patience. Able to check vital signs.(i. e.. blood pressure) and ensure hearing aids are charged and worn Likes to listen to older country music. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
