How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

Lead the care team to ensure a seamless, goal-oriented recovery for every patient.

Execute personalized care plans and monitor clinical progress to drive successful outcomes.

Advocate for patient safety by processing orders and communicating vital status changes.

Coordinate comprehensive discharge paths to ensure patients transition safely back to their lives.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
