Service Technician

High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in electronics, mechanical technology, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or industrial troubleshooting. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills. Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read electrical schematics. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel up to 70% (overnight travel required). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and work in various plant environments. Preferred: Experience with welding or material-handling equipment. Familiarity with PLC systems and basic control logic. Experience with Siemens or Allen-Bradley control systems. Knowledge of robotic equipment and automation systems. Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and P&ID diagrams. Certification in industrial maintenance or electro-mechanical technology. Experience with SCADA or HMI systems. Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and weldment assembly. Previous customer service or field service experience.
