You will become an essential compassionate and dedicated home care team member, collaborating closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive patient treatment.ResponsibilitiesCarries a patient census of 1-3 clients, as your schedule allowsEvaluate the level of patient function and performance and equipment needsDevelop the Plan of Care/Treatment including long and short-term treatment goals, interventions, and the intensity, frequency, and duration of servicesCompletes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments at appropriate time pointsProvides interventions and treatment following the physician-certified plan of care and physical therapy professional standards of practiceRequirementsCurrent Florida PT License2 -years of experience as a physical therapistProvide proof of current CPR certificationAble to effectively deal with changes based on patient needs and schedulingAble to travel within geographic area serviced by the officeAble to work a flexible schedule as neededPerform physical activity that may require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs., and physically stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, standing, sitting, walking, reaching, and climbing stairsBenefitsSchedule flexibilityCompany car provided (if available)Weekly payAccess to free education coursesInterim HealthCare is an equal-opportunity employer.
