Your Opportunity, Your Team The Fulfillment Center Team Lead supports HSN, and Support operations by coordinating daily workflows and assisting the Area Manager with job assignments. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN location daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role. Assigned schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:00pm - 3:30am Department: Returns What You'll Do Assist the Area Manager in coordinating daily/weekly job assignments and workflow adjustments. Monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve productivity, quality, and safety. Support training projects and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace. You will report to the Outbound Area Manager What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree.
