Accura HealthCare of Knoxville, a 60-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Knoxville, IA, is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. Dietary Aides are highly valued employees who bring a friendly demeanor to the daily lives of our residents.

Current Needs: Full and part-time opportunities available

Sign On Bonus: $1,000 Full Time and $500 Part Time

Job Summary: Dietary Aides assist with the preparation and serving of thoughtfully presented meals to our residents. You will work as part of a team to maintain proper sanitation protocols, follow guidelines of resident meal plans, all while communicating positively with team members and residents.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand directions.
• Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
