Accura HealthCare of Knoxville, a 60-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF) located in Knoxville, IA, is seeking a dietary aide to join our team. Dietary aides are highly valued employees who bring a friendly demeanor to the daily lives of our residents.

Current needs: Full and part-time opportunities available

Sign on bonus: $1,000 full time and $500 part time

Job summary: Dietary aides assist with the preparation and serving of thoughtfully presented meals to our residents. You will work as part of a team to maintain proper sanitation protocols, follow guidelines of resident meal plans, all while communicating positively with team members and residents.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand directions.
• Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
