7am-3pm availability is required. Preference given to applicants with ability to work any day Monday -Sunday. Every day, our Morning Prep Crew Member hustles to set an excellent Culver’s experience in motion. They prepare a daily supply of all necessary food items each morning and ensure our restaurants follow all food preparation safety standards. Keep our kitchens stocked with safe, fresh ingredients that meet our high quality standards. Basically, the Prep Crew Member keeps our entire operation running smoothly for guests and team, so we can deliver a dining experience unlike any other. What you’ll do: Complete the Daily Prep Checklist, preparing a daily supply of all necessary items according to standard operating procedures to meet volume of business, based on the current weather and day of week. Cover, label, date, initial and refrigerate food prep items accurately. Check all food code dates and rotate food prep items to ensure shelf life of all products are maintained. Maintain adequate supply of all backup products based on sales volume. Qualifications: A genuine smile!
