This role sits at the heart of a high-scale consumer fintech product used by tens of millions of users globally. You will help shape the frontend foundation that powers a fast, intuitive, and secure multi-chain financial experience across web and mobile surfaces. Working at platform level, you will design and evolve shared frontend systems that enable product teams to ship faster while maintaining consistency, performance, and quality. You will play a key role in defining frontend architecture, improving runtime performance, and scaling reusable UI infrastructure across the organization. This is a highly collaborative environment where design, product, and engineering work closely to deliver seamless user experiences. The work directly impacts how new users first experience crypto-enabled finance and how existing users engage with complex financial tools in a simplified way. You will join a team focused on craftsmanship, scale, and long-term technical excellence.

Accountabilities:

• Build, maintain, and evolve shared frontend libraries and reusable component systems that improve development speed and consistency across teams.
• Own frontend architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and strong performance across applications.
• Drive frontend performance optimization, including bundle size reduction, rendering efficiency, and runtime improvements.
• Lead the evolution and adoption of a design system, ensuring it is well-documented, consistent, and widely used across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align UI/UX standards and deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Champion frontend best practices and act as a technical advocate for modern React and TypeScript development standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of data fetching strategies, caching mechanisms, and frontend state management patterns.
• Proven ability to design and scale frontend systems in complex, high-traffic environments.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated interest in open, community-driven, or developer ecosystems.
• Nice to have: experience with blockchain or crypto-related applications.
