Architectural Project Manager

Overview Our client, a nationally recognized AEC firm, is seeking 2 PMs to join one of their Orange County Studios. The amenity roles focus heavily on the technical execution and production side of high-end amenity and interior projects — while the conventional will focus on production, taking projects from Design to CA. Fully Onsite in Central Orange County – Hybrid or Remote not available 10+ years of relevant experience required Interior architecture / interiors experience required for amenities positions Multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use or amenity project experience preferred Why join the team Growing studio with strong project backlog and opportunity for advancement Opportunity to work on high-profile multifamily and mixed-use amenity projects Collaborative, team-oriented culture Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunity to see projects through the full lifecycle Key responsibilities Manage projects from Design Development through Construction Administration Oversee schedules, budgets, scopes, and project coordination Lead communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including interiors, consultants, and engineers Oversee project documentation, permitting, and construction administration activities Manage RFIs, submittals, site visits, and consultant coordination Ensure quality control and production efficiency across project deliverables Mentor and support junior team members What you bring 10+ years of Project Management experience within Architecture Background in multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, or amenity-focused projects preffered Strong understanding of construction documents, permitting, and building systems Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Collaborative mindset with strong coordination abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Ensis Corp
