Senior Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager leads revenue growth by managing and developing National, Regional, and Business Development Managers. Responsible for expanding existing accounts, acquiring new strategic customers, and executing effective sales strategies. Combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to build a high-performing sales team. Apply today!
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts by identifying target markets and opportunities
- Lead new business acquisition and navigate complex sales cycles
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to achieve goals
- Coach, develop, and manage sales teams while establishing quotas and performance standards
- Oversee pipeline management, including deal coaching and territory planning
- Expand key accounts through upselling/cross-selling while ensuring strong sales processes and cross-functional alignment
- 7-10+ years of sales leadership experience with a strong track record of driving revenue growth
- Proven ability to lead and develop multi-tiered sales teams
- Experience in high-volume, low-margin environments is a plus
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
