Your responsibilities will include:Preparing ingredients: washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and measuringFollowing recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and qualityLabeling and stocking ingredients in proper storage areasMaintaining cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen toolsAssisting cooks with basic cooking tasksMonitoring food freshness and discarding expired itemsComplying with food safety and sanitation standardsSupporting kitchen operations during busy service hoursCommunicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflowWhy Work With Us?
