Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute patient care plans.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient management.
- Participate in on-call rotations and work every other weekend.
- Float within the same discipline across local campuses to enhance your experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
- Experience with EPIC EMR is required.
- A valid Wisconsin state nursing license is essential.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required (medical and religious exemptions may apply).
This position involves working in a high-pressure environment, providing critical care to patients in need. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including participation in weekend shifts and on-call duties.
